It would be so easy to keep myself hidden from the world, sheltered in my cocoon knowing that I can’t fail if I don’t really try.
I haven’t experience grief in the same way that Bennet has, but I can definitely resonate with this. I sometimes have to fight the urge to shy away from anything challenging where I could potentially fail/embarrass myself - especially when it’s something that seems to come so easy to everyone else.
