“Repeat after me. We do not kidnap people we like.” I rolled my eyes but dutifully repeated the words. Lottie inclined her head. “The best way to share our feelings is to talk about them.” Again, I copied her. “Good. Now let’s combine those.” I tried it out. “Kidnapping is the best way to show a man you love him.”
I groaned and pulled a face. “Ye steal one man and everyone thinks you’re crazy.”
I need to know how long I have to stay.” I shrugged. “With me? Forever. In this house, maybe a couple of days?”

Shoving his hand into the pebbles, he rose to standing. “You were going to sell your virginity?”
He thrust his wallet against my chest. “Sell me your first time.”
“I’m utterly, heartbreakingly, happily in love with ye, Rio.”
With his free hand, Riordan mimed his brain exploding. “It should not be so attractive to think of you making a man bleed then carrying on your daily admin.”
To Riordan. Did a girl ever buy you flowers? I like being all your firsts. Love you so much it hurts (even when I’m pretending not to) – your Cassie
“It turned you on. Driving me to the brink of insanity made you wet. I should fuck you here so anyone who passes understands how I punish you when you behave like you aren’t owned.”
