(This is often why we initially resist a hyperfocus ritual.) How often you habitually overload your attentional space. How frequently your attention is derailed by interruptions and distractions. How many tasks, commitments, ideas, and other unresolved issues you’re keeping in your head. How frequently you practice meta-awareness (checking what’s already consuming your attention).
