Wizards have tried to cover their eyes, but that is a telltale sign they have the Power. The weakest Power is yellow, followed by green, brown, blue, and then, in theory, red. There are power differences in the different colours or Levels.

Those who have no self-control cannot be free. They are slaves to any vices that control them. True freedom can only be achieved with discipline.
