Thoughts are the seeds of all outcomes.
At any time, you can consciously create a positive attitude. Although it will initially take some effort, it will become habitual over time, and happiness will become your natural state.
Don’t judge your thoughts as “good” or “bad,” but just let them come and go naturally.

In short, your life will only improve to the degree that your way of thinking improves.
It is perfectly possible to be happy in the midst of a tragedy, just as it is perfectly possible to be miserable in the midst of great wealth and achievement. It is your interpretation of things that determines the quality of your life, not the things themselves.
It’s important to understand that your current beliefs and attitude are nothing more than certain statements (affirmations) that you or someone else has repeated to you over and over again, leading you to eventually regard them as true. Knowing this can give you the confidence that it’s certainly possible to increase your happiness by simply changing the words that you speak to yourself.
When you couple a positive statement with strong positive emotions, the effect it has on your subconscious mind is much greater.
Your success will depend on your ability to maintain focus on the positive future you desire.
Reaching your goals is not as important as enjoying the process.
The fact is: happy people are happy because they continually focus on the positive.
Thinking is the human condition, but it can be a blessing or a curse. Thinking is actually not necessary in many cases. There lies an incredible intelligence in our bodies that has the ability to guide us through life successfully, more successfully, in fact, than if we were to think our way through life.
Doing what you love and what makes you happy is not selfish. It is one of the most generous things you could do for others. Only when your cup is full can you give anything away. Find your bliss so that others may be inspired to do the same.
The human body is designed to live off nature. It is also designed to move. When it does very little of those two things, it fails to function properly and you pay the price.
Relationships often reflect back to us the quality of our own thinking and behavior.
Remember, anything is possible with faith, a strong desire, and a positive attitude.
