There’s been a shift away from protecting and helping people to enforcing the law, and it seems like so many officers these days don’t care that we often see people on the worst days of their lives. We shouldn’t be adding to that.
That really depends on what is meant here. The police should enforce the law. While I agree there should be a human factor in the enforcement of laws. There’s also the victim to consider. But so many people on the left feel that the criminal is the victim when in many cases- perhaps not all cases- are not victims
