The only thing that unsettles me is the attached arena where my husband pays female acrobats to ride his horses and give him private performances whenever he desires. The message is clear: Women are beautiful objects to him, to be admired, but never to raise their voices or express their own opinions. His soul is stuck in the 18th century.
"I can overlook a lot and endure a lot," he growls from the depths of his lost soul. "But if there's one thing I hate, it's false accusations." He gets closer and closer to me until I feel his breath on my face. "And I detest even more those who believe these lies, without evidence, without the courage to use their own minds and think for themselves."
