ADVICE TO YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS Sunita Ramnathkar If you want to start a business, I would say find out something which is not available and which people want. A hunger, a need for any service or product. Then go out to satisfy the need, in the best way possible. You need to be educated thoroughly in that line or in general. Then go all out and satisfy, delight the person with fulfillment of that need. Grow that niche, and then when you have the money, the world is at your feet. You can do anything, in that line, or in a different line. I’m quite an average person, if I can do it, I’m sure every person can do it. In my times there were hurdles like family hurdles, in-law hurdles. But this generation is equipped with much more understanding parents and in-laws, an enlightened society where men and women are equal or at least treated equal. Take advantage of that. You can leap into bigger horizons, bigger boundaries. You can leap higher than this. Sunil Pophale The good thing about an entrepreneurial job is that it is constantly changing. I cannot imagine being in a fixed job where the specs never change. That way I must say I am lucky. I must also say that I made sure that I was lucky. So must you!
