I grab ahold of the chain around his neck and tug, bringing his mouth back up to mine. His eyes flash, and a grin splits his face. “Does my girl want me to kiss her?” “Yes,” I breathe, wrapping my arms around his neck.
I reach for Rosie’s hand, twisting her wedding band around and around on her finger.
“What are you thinking about?” I ask when we return to our seats. We stay standing, waiting for the rest of our row to fill in. “Don’t tell me,” I say, before she can answer. “You’re thinking about getting me naked later.”

“What?” she asks, no doubt because I keep smiling at her like a complete and utter goof. “I get to spend the rest of my life you. This … today … it’s only the beginning of all the things we’re going to do together.”
