Hearing the snap echo through the room, the man tosses her body to the floor, letting her lifeless body land on the ground before me,

Grasping his front, his face is pale, his throat barely able to take a full breath.

Rolling his eyes in the back of his head, Fallan leans forward, his body barreling toward the floor.

Elyon holds Fallan's once-beating heart, his hand clenching the organ as if it were a toy.

he squeezes the organ over Fallan's body, letting the blood paint his skin like a mosaic. Clutching my chest,

Feeling my knees hit the floor, I no longer try to stow it away, letting the darkest parts

unlocking every door in my mind meant to stay locked away for as long as I may live.

“What's three more years of the woman you love remembering her past memories of you as another man?"
