On the Israeli Right, talk returned of a disloyal "fifth column" of Arabs who might have to be expelled from Israel. Other prominent Israelis, including the tourism minister, Rehavam Zeevi, advocated an increasingly popular idea: "transferring" all Palestinians out of the West Bank to Jordan and returning Eretz Yisrael to the Jewish people.
