My first year in the NHL was an absolute shitshow. Entering the NHL after playing collegiate hockey was a shock that I wasn’t fully prepared to handle. The stress and expectations got to me, and even though I was fourth overall-pick, I didn’t play like it. I only scored seven goals within sixty games. Seven.
