Here, at last, was something she was sure of—something that she had learned in her journeys, that perhaps the High Mage had not. “You’re wrong. There’s no such thing as greater good—there’s just good, and the more of it we can do, the better.”

“Oh, Da, I love him,” she had squeaked, staring down at the furball with the pure, unadulterated love that only a four-year-old girl could muster for something small and fluffy.

Does that mean I'm a 4yo girl? Because then I don't trust anyone who isn't! :))
