Searching the Sídhe

My understanding of the Formorian/Síog/Fairy beings of Ireland is that these early deities came in all sizes, great and small, wide and thin, beautiful and grotesque. Similar examples of these beings can be found in the Epic of Gilgamesh, a king that ruled Uruk around 2600BC and who was believed to be a half demigod and like most from back then expressed thoughts of

grandeur and went on a journey to the underworld in an attempt to find immortality.
