You can achieve great things by simply taking care of the little things.
The key is to concentrate on what is in front of you and let those efforts build day by day.
A choice you must make if you desire to be free and live the good life.
we have the power to choose how we respond to life’s ups and downs.
What would happen if you walked through your life every day with the attitude of, “something wonderful is about to happen”?
“We become what we think about most of the time.”
It’s our responsibility and privilege to take ownership of our thoughts and make a conscious effort at shifting them to the positive as a form of habit.
commitment to the process, focus, and patience—all qualities that are essential for achieving long-term success.
consciously notice the good in your life
You get to decide how you want to show up in life. You decide how you will treat others and how you will treat yourself. You are the driver of your life.
Stop letting the past form who you are in the present.
We don’t need to whitewash the bad things that are in our personal history and the history of the world. But we can look for the good—what we’ve learned from it.
How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.”
it’s none of your business how they got what they have.
The real purpose in life is not to acquire anything or to get anywhere. The real purpose in life is to grow.
People don’t resist change itself, they resist being changed.
You are your only problem, and you are your only solution.
While planning is important, it can also become a trap. Planning without acting can lead to perpetual stagnation.
In fact, not knowing every detail might keep your inspiration alive and prevent you from getting bogged down by details that feel overwhelming.
The Universe is willing to give you whatever you want.
“People frequently overestimate what they can do in a day, and underestimate what they can do in a year.”
Most requests are not as urgent as you may think, or as others make them feel.
Multitasking is a myth that only serves to dilute efficiency and quality.
When you keep putting good out in the world, good must come back to you; that’s a natural law.
The past is unchangeable, but the present is where our choices matter.
It’s easy to get so focused on a future ideal that we don’t pay attention to or enjoy the present moment.
“Faith and fear both demand you to believe in something you cannot see.”
“The past without an emotional charge becomes wisdom in the present moment.”
Awareness is the key to transformation. And it gets easier and easier with practice.
Remember, the person you need to love first is yourself.
Your thoughts, focus, and actions determine what you bring into your life.
Make it a priority to do things that bring you joy because that’s what life is truly about.
you could spend your entire life being responsible and never experience joy if you don’t make room for it.
True joy arises from inner peace and a heart filled with love.
Actively seek the good in life, and it will find you.
“We don’t manage time. Time can’t be managed. We just have what there is. You know, everybody gets the same amount of time. What we manage are activities.”
Our attitude shows the world the person we have decided to become.
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
In my opinion, all dis-ease starts in the mind and emotions.
When it comes to attitude, the only attitude you can control is your own.
Every day, we get to choose how we’re going to approach life that day;
“Any dummy can tell me what’s wrong; try thinking and tell me what’s right.”
Our attitude is on display in how we treat ourselves and others. Our attitude shapes how we see our life and the world.
What we focus our energy, thoughts, and emotions on is what we bring into our lives.
Everything is energy—our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions, and the patterns dispersed throughout.
Focus deliberately on your true desire and invest your energy into it through intentional, concrete actions.
The objective is to interrupt your thought patterns and restore a sense of calm and clarity. Do something that brings you joy.
it’s about feeling better—but it’s also about attracting better.
Freedom comes when we stop being what other people think we should be and start acting like the person we really deep down want to be.
“When you go into any venture in life, you need to act as if you are the best at that venture. Be that person, and act as if you are that person. Soon, you will then become that person.”
