A Contract of Binding was more accurately named an employment contract. It made a person a subordinate who couldn’t betray their employer. His orders would to a certain degree become compulsions as well, unless giving a detrimental order, such as committing suicide or ruining their cultivation. That, of course, only was true for the type of employment. If he contracted this woman as a soldier, he couldn’t order anything about her private life.
