She blushed so easily. It was adorable, especially when it contradicted the words coming out of her mouth.
“I think you’re capable of more than you give yourself credit for,” I said. “But at the end of the day, you have to ask yourself what you’d regret more—trying and failing, or not trying at all?”
“Then we’re official.” “Just like that.” “Just like that.” I looked at her, this beautiful, incredible woman whom I never would’ve expected would turn my world upside down, and marveled that she was mine.
