“Are you shitting my dick?” “Those better not be your wedding vows, Buffy.”
“You chase me out here after fake marrying me just so you could slit my throat and I’m the insane one? No way, buddy. You’re not reverse Uno-ing me. I’m trying to survive.”
“Who touched my wife?”
“I’m going to gift your worthless head to my bride, mortal.” I don’t know who it is that’s speaking, but I like them. They’ve got the right energy for dealing with Callum the almost-killer.
My knees buckle and I try to lower myself once more with a shake of my head. “I’m not worthy,” I start, but Wrath’s eyes darken. “You bow to no one, wife.”
achingly beautiful. “What is it? What’s the one thing you care for?” “You,” Wrath replies, “you are the only thing I care for, darling wife. The rest of the world can burn,” he declares.

I don’t think I should be the one to remind you that it’s against the rules to swear!” I grab a man by his robes and throw him one-handed at Rossi.
“You are the only thing I have ever wanted for myself.”
“Danger to hide from? What danger is there to…” my voice trails off, because the look Wrath gives me tells me everything. “Oh, I’m the danger to hide from.” “Indeed you are and I have never been prouder to be your husband.”
“Buffy, no.” “Buffy, yes.”
