An eighty-two-year-old widow, who has experienced many losses and tragedies in her life, lets her mind drift toward the coming day and says, “God has been faithful to me today, giving me more than I deserve. He will be faithful tomorrow.” She doesn’t know in what form the manna will come, but she has gathered it every day for years, and she is quite confident that it will be there tomorrow.
