In addition He paid taxes (Mat. 17:27) and submitted peacefully to the capital authority of Rome to crucify Him unjustly. Likewise, healing people on the Sabbath was really a compliment, not a legitimate criticism of Jesus since it showed God’s love over man-made laws (Mk. 3:1-6).
