We’ve been basically torturing her, and she’s got a… I don’t even know how to think of it. An illness? A disability? Tino glances over his shoulder at me. I’ve never seen such terror in his dark eyes. “I think she’s stopped breathing,” he says. “Someone call nine-one-one,” Lucia cries.
