A Grant Parish resident, Daryl Stagg, joined citizens at public library board meetings in Rapides Parish to voice concern over such picture books as Pride Puppy! Not long after, this same man was arrested and charged with three counts each of oral sexual battery, first-degree rape, aggravated crimes against nature, and indecent behavior with a juvenile, according to the Baptist Press.
