Audrey sent over a dress this morning that she described as ‘sickening.’ It’s crimson red and I told her I thought that color was a little over the top for a wedding and would outshine the bride. Then she assured me, there’s no such thing as ‘over the top’ at a black-tie wedding. And as someone who knows the bride personally, she said, “Trust me. Wear the damn dress and walk in there with her ex-husband. Thank me later.”
