Life is entropy. A beautiful chaos. But with rhythm, underpinnings of clockwork. Almost as if designed to push you to the next stage of your growth.
Whatever ego you’ve developed, look hard at it. You will find aspects that no longer serve you. Strip away the layers. Be vulnerable. Be open.
Each time I’ve fought it, I’ve suffered. But when I’ve let go and looked inside to who I am, how I can be better, using my truth as a guide, it’s taken me to the next level.
If you can, make conscious periodic commitments to dive deeper into your truth, into living it fiercely.
Gandhi, King Jr., Mandela. The thing that made them powerful was that they knew their truth. It gave them purpose, a vision for change that had to happen and they lived it.
When we work on ourselves, on knowing who we are, what we stand for, what is real — our truth — we have no choice but to live it. And in that process, we will live the greatest version of ourselves.
We matter, our lives matter. When we live our best selves, we are better for it, the world is better for it. It is that simple.
One thing about discovering a truth: first you live it, and after you experience the transformative results, it is real for you unlike anything else.
