“You want more cows and less hassles with guests. Got it. What else?” “Maybe more land too. I might rename the place someday.” “Really? What would you call it?” “Haven Ranch. Haven River. I don’t know. Something along those lines.”
He framed my face in his hands. “I have loved you since I was ten. Since you left a paper airplane and flowers in my fort. I love you. I have always loved you.”
