Those who place their misogynistic ideals over the happiness of all their citizens deserve a gods-damned female-led rebellion.
“I’m sure Lothar would know more about it. His hearing is better than mine.” “Lothar is two inches from death right now. I suggest you think harder,”
“I thought that slaves were as stupid as rats.” “What an interesting thing to say to someone trying to comfort you.”
Anger is what will give us the tenacity to get out of this place, but if you let it burn too hard and hot for too long, it will burn away everything inside of you.”

“Then whatever you want, my star, is yours. When you are tired, rest your head on my lap. I will give you my strength when you feel weak, my courage when you are afraid, but most of all—I give you every piece of my body and soul. Use me.”
“Bury it. Burn it. Cast it in the sea,“ Melisa says over her shoulder before she walks back into the entrance of Enduvida. “Humans are not quite so sentimental about their mortal vessels. We spent too much time being treated as beasts.”
