Robert Dallek, while working on a JFK biography, unsealed an oral history that named Mimi as the president’s in-house teenage mistress. Another biographer had reached out to Mimi one year before. It was only a matter of time before the front-page headline in the New York Daily News, which ran in May 2003. “Fun and Games with Mimi in the White House,” it read. The headline inside: “JFK had a Monica.”
