“My sweet, beautiful mate is bathing with me, her delectable body against mine, skin to skin. I feel her every intake of breath, her every word, her every quiver.” He moved the washcloth up along her collarbone, following it to her shoulder. Trails of glittering silver paint ran down her skin to swirl atop the rose-tinted water before slowly dissipating. “You should praise my restraint, Kinsley.”
She quite swiftly—and happily—returned to not thinking of him.
