On the Line

Looking around the room at everyone here, I realize that’s what they all are. Not just friends, but a chosen family. And what’s more meaningful than to choose to love someone while they do the same in return? I would do anything for my siblings, but family is so much more than the lazy expectation of loyalty because of a family name.
