Throughout Sara’s 15-year marriage to Bill, he would tell her he wanted her to go after her dreams and be the artist she had always wanted to be. He said he made enough money, so she didn’t have to work. She felt incredibly lucky to have such a generous and supportive husband. She spent their married life raising their kids and pursuing her art. During the discard phase, Bill told her she should have been working the whole time.
