meditation is to uncover a form of well-being that is inherent to the nature of our minds. It must, therefore, be available in the context of ordinary sights, sounds, sensations, and even thoughts.
The underlying consciousness( existing in the background, before thoughts appeared). Make the train of thoughts transparent (not disapppear) so we can continue to view the scene - the consciousness- even as the train of thoughts endlessly passes in front of us. This should be the unending experience as we live our lives and perform our dharma.
