“Well, isn’t this a nice surprise,” he says in that voice of his that’s just a little gruff. “I think our definitions of nice are entirely different.” Somehow, his smile grows. “You sure about that, Rory?”
“I didn’t expect you to say something so psychotic like you don’t like bacon.”
Lawson and adorable aren’t words that go together. Lawson and hot? Yes. I have eyes; it’s very clear he’s attractive. Lawson and annoying? An even better combo. But Lawson and adorable? No. They don’t work together, ever…except for when they do, I guess.
“For you, Rory, I’d gather every star in this sky and string them high somewhere only for you, just to see you smile like that again.”
“Oh, trust me, Rory—I’m a bad boy where it counts.”
I knew it would feel good having Lawson between my legs, but I never imagined it would be so good I’m seeing stars. No, wait—that’s the actual night sky.
I’ll be damned if I do something stupid like go and fall in love with him.
Rory likes me. I know I give her a good dicking, but there’s no way that’s the only reason she sticks around. We have too much fun outside the bedroom for that.
