Just…keep walking. Push through. Exhaust the pain. Don’t give it room to breathe.”
The stages of grief are not linear. They are cyclical. Anger, denial, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.
But if life had taught me anything, it’s that it can change on a dime.
It was nice for the universe to show me that it wasn’t always for the worse.
“Stars are energy, and people are energy too. The entire universe is made of energy. Some see that as science, and some people refer to that energy as God.”
Grief makes you feel isolated and alone. But the truth is, it’s the least lonely state to be in.”
Because when you have lost something so precious, when something priceless comes along, you embrace it with both hands. And you never let it go.
“Depression is a sickness that eats away at all happiness and light until there is nothing left but hopelessness and despair.
fear had to be faced to defeat it.
If there was one thing I now knew in this world, it was how it felt to be loved. To be adored. To
be held in both your weakest and strongest moments. I knew what a soulmate truly was.
Nothing lasts forever. Life, happiness…even pain.
