connections. the happiness that is derived from being able to exist peacefully in the present moment is a quality that must be developed deliberately.
at its core, happiness is accepting reality and appreciating the miracle of the moment without getting lost in the craving for more.
knowing the difference between who you are when you are balanced versus who you are when your mood is low can help you endure difficult moments without making them any harder. when you are in a tense mood, question the assessments and judgments you are making. you know from past experience that heavy emotions negatively color your view. this is not the time to make big decisions.
some of my favorite people are the ones who don’t let society rush them. they move at speeds that feel more natural to their being. they have their own idea of success that is based on inner thriving, and they treat their minds with gentle care. above all, they embrace growth the same way they embrace air and water, because they see life as a gift that encourages evolution.
different people and environments bring out different sides of you, not because you are fake or performative but because your personality is expansive who you are is an enormous spectrum; let yourself flow so your identity can express itself fully you are not one thing; you are unlimited
purpose within the walls of your heart you will not be able to stray too far from your greatest aspiration the higher path will start calling you back the light that was beginning to dim will roar again when you begin to see yourself clearly your choices will realign with what is best and you will rediscover your true way forward
