I remember the Saturday morning when we delayed the morning sitting schedule for twenty minutes so that some of us could go a few blocks for the great opportunity of watching the San Diego marathon leaders race by. At 9:05, along they came. I was amazed by the flowing quality of the leader’s movement: even though he was in the final five miles, he was simply gliding along.
