JULY 28 There Is No Evil There is a story from the Old Testament that a man was punished for his sins by losing the ability to die. You can truly see that if a person is punished so he won’t suffer or feel anymore, this punishment is as bad as the first one. Bodily changes, illness, loss, or death are not in your power to control. What happens to your inner life, your spirit, is within your power. If I follow the will of God, I feel good inside, no matter what happens on the outside.
