We’ve also shown that rather than somehow being a substitute for the teacher, videos can off-load pieces of a lecture, freeing up more time for personalized learning, hands-on activities, or classroom conversation. This arguably makes the teachers more valuable, not less. And now it was time to see if generative AI could do the same—support students and let teachers move up the value chain.
