I grew up as a pastor’s kid in a rural Wisconsin village that consisted of twelve hundred no-nonsense, fourth-generation Dutch immigrants. I have been a member of theologically conservative Presbyterian churches my entire life. Hence, I am understandably a bit weak on my demonology.
