“Why are you mad?” Another glare. After a long moment of silence, the two of us trapped in an intense staring contest, he caves first and knocks his head back against the wall. “You were supposed to chase me.” Searching his face once again, I give him my best incredulous look, forcing a laugh when his expression doesn’t change. “You can’t be serious.”
