Rasta do not masturbate to relieve sexual tension, what do they do when they become sexually tense? Many people in the western world feel you must give into sexual desires and sexual tension, via masturbation. If we Rasta do not have someone of the opposite sex in our lives to mate with....then we just allow time to lessen the desire. In the mean time we focus the mind on something more productive. The more time that goes by, the less intense those sexual desires will be.
