Nature puts macronutrients, let alone fat, in real foods in quite an interesting way. Protein is in virtually everything from lettuce to lamb. Other foods then tend to fall into ‘things from faces’ which are fat/proteins or ‘things from trees and the ground’, which are carbohydrate/proteins.
