The Twin Cities are in many ways an ideal site in terms of available energy. They are positioned at the confluence of the major water ley on this continent, the Mississippi River, and the major air ley, the jet stream. On the banks of the Mississippi, with the jet stream overhead, the energy is as strong as I am likely to find anywhere in North America.
