MO of neoliberalism: make money though things which previously were unprofitable. In doing so, you paint the change as an advancement in practicality, whereas in reality the privatisation makes it worse for the majority. I.e, tge current state of tge NHS. It is currently public, but clearly devolving to private affairs contra public efficiency.
