The Book Lover

With consuming passion came consuming emotions.

That thing that devastated your life and would define the rest of your days.

All of it implying that the life of the book was part of the reader’s life and had journeyed along for days, or perhaps weeks, through whatever drama was unfolding as the reader held that book, read those words, and lost him or herself for precious hours.

That the Chinese word for crisis has two characters: danger and opportunity.
