Great ScrumMasters, while being practical and pragmatic, will not let the team stay too long in a less-than-optimal definition of done. Instead, they will set a target of helping the team extend their definition of done as much as possible, as quickly as possible. This almost always has the biggest impact on productivity, quality, morale and, in effect, agility.
