product owner is responsible for ensuring that we are doing the right stuff in order to maximise the return on investment of the project or product. The team is responsible for doing the stuff right; to deliver value as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality. The ScrumMaster is responsible for the integrity of the team and the process itself.
