The more effective Scrum teams involve the product owner continually throughout the sprint, getting feedback on features in real time so that, at the sprint review, the product owner is not surprised about what has or hasn’t been done and the team are not surprised by features getting rejected at the last minute. The more the product owner is involved during the sprint, the less time the team need to spend demonstrating functionality.
