TIP: Facilitate your team to come up with their definition of a great team, drawing from their experiences of great teams in the past. Ask them to spell out the benefits of a great team and what is required both to become a great team and also to maintain that greatness. Look for values and principles that can be applied to any situation as well as specific behaviours that can be applied immediately.
