Effective, fulfilled people do not spend their time doing what is most convenient and comfortable. They have the courage to listen to their hearts and to do the wise thing. This habit is what makes them great.
Writing in a journal offers you the opportunity to have regular one-on-one conversations with yourself.
The most effective people concentrate on their “areas of excellence,” that is, on the things they do best and on those high-impact activities that will advance their life-work.
Organizing your life so that you get to do more of the things you love to do is one of the first steps to life improvement.
