Carnival so that young girls less than 10 years old can gyrate in a contest! I consider that sick and I think that Kiddies’ Carnival or even putting the term Kid and Carnival in the same sentence should have been outlawed. However, I want to make it very clear, if this whining is being done by adults they should be allowed to get on as bad as they want because they are big people and nobody should be able to stop consenting men and women from doing what they want to do together as long as it is within the confines of the law.
